Q: How do we get to the beach?
A:
Deeded beach access is located at the
south end of the street (approximately 500 yards), go east (right) about 25', cross over Scenic Gulf
Drive, and the
beach access to the beautiful sugar white sand and emerald green waters of The
Gulf of Mexico is located at the east end of Green Reef Town Homes.
 Q: Can we rent beach set ups?
A:
Yes. You can arrange to rent
beach set ups from: Sunset Beach Service, Dave Meadows, (850)244-0452 or
cellular (850) 259-2401, or email
simplemead@yahoo.com.
Q: Does this house have a pool?
A: Community pool and sauna.
Q: Is this pool heated?
A: Yes.
Q: Do we have to share the pool with other households?
A: Yes. The subdivision of Terra Cotta.
Q: Are sleeper sofas comfortable for
adults?
A: No. We recommend them for small
children only!
Q: Can adults
sleep in bunk beds?
A: We recommend them for children!
The ladders and bedding are not designed to support the bulk of adults and may
result in an accident or injury.
Q: How many TV's ?
A: 4.
Q: How many vehicles can we park?
A: (3) Three. One in the garage and two in the
driveway.
No parking on the street after 9:00 PM is allowed. There is overflow
parking spots at the Enclave. No RV's, boats, jet ski, etc. allowed.
Q: What do we have to do to hold for the week that we
want?
A: A 25% deposit via credit card.
Q: Does Carter Beach Properties offer
travel insurance?
A: No. Our
contract covers our refund policy for hurricanes and most individuals find
that sufficient. However, we do offer an
easy link to several
premier travel insurance companies if you feel that it is your best interest to
have travel insurance.
Q: When is balance of rent and Sales Tax due?
A: 30 days prior to check in.
Q: Where do we send a rent check, and how do we make it out?
A: Carter Beach Properties, 1594 Scenic Gulf Drive,
Miramar Beach, FL 32550.
Q: How old do you have to be to rent this property?
A: All must be
25 years of age. If a group of youths wish
to rent, one parent per every 3 youths must be on site at all
times, and a 50% deposit will be required. The parents will be held responsible for the actions of the
group.
