Fabulous House!
Accomodated our 18 family members perfect. Little room
off master - grandkids took turns - loved that. Great
washer & dryer. Best 50th Anniv. any parents could ask
for!! Hard to keep sand out of pool - we tried.
Cleaned stainless in kit. as best we could. Most
people like to have it - I wonder why (too much work).

Our family stayed at
Pleasure Point
June 5th-12th.
There were 18 of us and we had plenty of space. The
kitchen had every conceivable thing a chef could want!
The only problems we had was the layout
of the main floor. The three pull-out couches are
situated in a way that if you wanted to use all three at the
same time, you would have to move one of them away from the
two others. (But there is plenty of room to do so,
just a hassle.) Also, anyone sleeping on the pull-out
couches on the main floor is going to be awaken by the first
person who goes into the kitchen. The kitchen is right
off the living room and all the tile in the house made it
very noisy. I personally think the house is more
suitable for about 10-12 people. The lower level A/C
went out a few times (I think it froze up) and had to be
reset two or three times. The people sleeping on the
lowest level were hot at night when trying to sleep.
All in all, the house was great.
Beautiful! It definitely had the “wow” factor.
Everything was top-notch.
The kids and adults alike loved the pool!
The game stations and pool table and swimming pool kept all
the kids entertained the entire time! The weather was
gorgeous and when we tired of the beach, the house was a
great place to relax and have a good time. I
definitely recommend renting this property.

This was our first family
vacation. We all had a great time and did not want to
leave. The house was beautiful and was a great house
for a big family. We can't wait to come back.

Pleasure Point was everything I
hoped it woud be. this was our first family vacation
in many years and the whole family was impressed. My
kids (all married) said, "Mom, you did good." And they
all took so many pictures. I know they were impressed.
The golf cart made it nice and easy to get around. The
walk to the beach wasn't far and gave me exercise! The
neighborhood is very elegant and well-kept! Loved the
view. Hope to see yu againd . . . and soon!!!

Your property was wonderful - We
were a little disappointed in the pool because of heating
issues (When tested, the pool temperature was
84 - 86 but some guest want them to be hot tub temperature.
In order to maintain the health of the pool, they cannot be
heated above 85.)
We didn't have lights in the pool until
Thursday after the pool man turned them on for us. It
would have been nice to have those all week.
(Most pool lights are not on timers.
Please call if you cannot find the light switch for the pool
light.)
Everything else was
great! We will be back. Thanks.

The stay at "Pleasure Point" was a wonderful family vacation
even with the uninvited tropical storm Camille making a
visit. When the boys know their vacation dates, I'll
phone and "hope" Pleasure Point is available.

The property was
amazing. Great views! We had a great time at Pleasure Point.
Comfortably housed 10 adults and 4
kids, even better than expected.
All staff were always pleasant and responsive to any
questions or needs.
Stayed 5/9/09 - 5/16/09. We didn't want to go
home.
Thanks for a great vacation. We will be back next year.
